1. Who we are

The Astrologist (theastrologist.pro, the "Service") is operated by Moy Goods LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@theastrologist.pro.

2. What the Service is

The Service gives you a written astrology reading computed from your birth date, time and place, and an app with daily and forward-looking readings and a guide you can ask questions. Chart positions are calculated with astronomical software. The written readings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence from your chart and from what you tell us.

Readings are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they do not predict the future. Don't make important decisions based only on a reading. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the details you give us (including your birth data) and for keeping access to your email secure, because we sign you in with links sent to it.

4. Your order, the trial and automatic renewal

• Today: you are charged $1.99 (or the price shown on the checkout page) for your full reading. This payment also starts a 7-day trial of the app.
• Free trial without a reading: if you start the 7-day trial on our homepage or in the app without buying a reading, nothing is charged today. A card is needed to start it, and everything below applies the same way.
• After the trial: unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership starts automatically and your payment method is charged $29.99, and then $29.99 every 30 days, until you cancel. If you joined before October 9, 2026, you keep the membership price you signed up at. The price shown on the checkout page is the price you pay.
• Reminder: we (and our payment processor) email you before the trial ends.
• Price changes: we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your membership. You can cancel before it applies.
• Taxes: prices include any applicable sales tax unless shown otherwise at checkout.
• Failed payments: if a renewal charge is declined, we may retry it and your access to the app is paused until the payment goes through or you update your card.

By completing checkout you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method as described above.

5. Introductory price and the timer

When you reach the plans page we hold the introductory price of $1.99 for 15 minutes. After that the reading costs $4.99. The timer is real: the price shown at the end of it is the price charged. The introductory price is available once per person. The membership price after the trial is the same either way.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime: in the app go to You tab, then Membership, then Cancel membership, or email hello@theastrologist.pro and we'll do it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the trial or the period you've already paid for. Deleting your account also cancels your membership immediately.

7. Refunds

If you're not happy, email hello@theastrologist.pro and we will refund your most recent charge in full (the $1.99 reading or your latest membership renewal), no questions asked. Earlier charges are not refunded. Full details: Subscription and refund policy. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

8. Your content and fair use

You keep ownership of what you tell us. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve your readings. Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. To keep the Service sustainable, each membership includes generous use of AI-written readings and answers; if an account reaches our monthly fair-use limit, new AI generations pause until the next month while everything already written stays available.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, or using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Our content

The app, its design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. Birthplace data comes from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end the Service with notice, in which case we'll refund any unused prepaid period.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Please contact us first; most issues are solved by email within a couple of days. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
