Do I have to believe in astrology?
No. Use it like a forecast, not a fortune. It points out the pressure and the openings in your day. What you do with them is up to you.
Who writes the forecasts?
AI writes each one. It works from your birth chart and from where the planets really are today.
Why does it need my birth time?
The sky turns all day, so the hour you were born changes your chart. That’s what makes it yours. Not sure of your time? Pick “approximate” or “unknown” and it leans on the parts that hold anyway.
How does the free trial work?
Create your account and add a card. Nothing is charged today. Then add your birth details, and your first forecast is ready. After 7 days your membership starts at $29.99 every 30 days. We email you before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that.
How do I cancel?
In the app: You tab, then Membership, then Cancel membership. Or email hello@theastrologist.pro and we’ll do it for you. You keep access until your trial or paid period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@theastrologist.pro and we refund your most recent charge in full, no questions asked.
Is my data private?
Your birth details and check-ins are used to write your forecasts. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from the app. Our privacy policy has the details.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It works in the browser on your phone or your computer. Sign in any time at theastrologist.pro/app.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Portuguese and Spanish. You can switch any time in the app.
