| After the trial | $29.99 every 30 days (or the price you signed up at, if you joined before October 9, 2026), charged automatically until you cancel. |
| Reminder | We email you before your trial ends. |
| Cancel | Anytime, in the app (You tab, Membership, Cancel membership) or by emailing hello@theastrologist.pro. No further charges. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. |
| Refund | Your most recent charge, in full, no questions asked. Earlier charges are not refunded. |
How to get a refund
Email hello@theastrologist.pro from the address you signed up with (or include it in your message). We refund your most recent charge to the original payment method, usually within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When we refund a membership charge we also cancel the membership, unless you ask us to keep it running.
Declined payments
If a renewal charge is declined, we'll let you know and retry. While the payment is outstanding the app shows a screen where you can update your card; your readings and history are kept safe and come back as soon as the payment goes through.
Disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement (look for THEASTROLOGIST.PRO), please email us first. We'll fix it or refund it faster than a bank dispute can.
