What we collect
- Account: your email address — stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash. We cannot read your email back out of our database, and neither could anyone who stole it.
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth — required to compute your astrological chart.
- What you share in the app: onboarding answers, daily check-ins (mood/energy), questions you ask, ratings and feedback. These build your private "Living Profile" so readings get more personal over time.
How readings are generated
Your chart is computed locally on our server with the Swiss Ephemeris (real astronomy — positions are never guessed by AI). The written readings are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI models: your chart data, and relevant parts of your Living Profile, are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose only. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train AI models.
Other processors
- Stripe — payments, if you subscribe on the web. Stripe collects your payment details and email directly; we never see your card.
- ElevenLabs — only if you use audio narration: the text of your reading is sent to generate the voice audio.
- Hosting — our server runs in the EU.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing of data.
- No AI training on your data — by us or by our processors under our agreements.
- No plaintext storage of your email.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, inside the app: You tab → What I know about you → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and cancels any subscription. Details: account deletion.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, export or erasure of your data at any time. Erasure is self-serve (above); for anything else contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
