Delete your account

The Astrologist · applies to the app and the website (they share one account)

Deletion is self-serve, immediate and complete — it erases your account, birth details, Living Profile, every reading, check-in, question and rating, removes audio narrations, and cancels any active subscription. There is no undo and nothing is retained.

1. Sign in (app or theastrologist.pro — same account).

2. Go to the You tab → What I know about you.

3. Under Account, tap Delete my account… and confirm the second tap.

If you can't sign in (lost password), use the password reset on the sign-in screen first, or email us from any address and we'll help verify and delete: hello@theastrologist.pro.

Payments note: if you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, also cancel the subscription in your store account settings — stores manage their own billing and don't let apps cancel it for you. Web (Stripe) subscriptions are cancelled automatically by deletion.
